- For orders below £50, we charge a standard rate of £6.49 + VAT.

- All items are sent tracked delivery. We will email you confirmation and tracking number when your order is dispatched. If you provide a mobile number, we may also use this to provide additional details, such as a timeslot.
- When shipping large appliances such as dishwashers, deliveries will come on a pallet. This is to ensure your items reach you without damage. Pallet deliveries are often made on a large lorry and are curbside only.
