Delivery Info

• Free delivery is available on all warewashers & appliances.
• For orders below £50, we charge a standard rate of £6.49 + VAT.
• Dispatch times vary between products, we recommend reviewing the lead-time on each item. An estimated delivery date is also shown in the basket.
• All items are sent tracked delivery. We will email you confirmation and tracking number when your order is dispatched. If you provide a mobile number, we may also use this to provide additional details, such as a timeslot.
• When shipping large appliances such as dishwashers, deliveries will come on a pallet. This is to ensure your items reach you without damage. Pallet deliveries are often made on a large lorry and are curbside only.
• We can offer a range of additional services including installation, commissioning, unpack & position, timed delivery slots & Saturday deliveries. Speak to our agents when placing your order.
• Delivery is available UK nationwide, but a surcharge may be applied if you live in an additional charge zone or there are access restrictions.
