All companies that discharge grease-contaminated waste water into the sewerage system are legally required to use a grease separator or grease pit connected between the kitchen drain and the sewage system. This 95 Litre/min commercial grease separator from CombiSteel prevent fats, oils and grease (FOG) from clogging your drains and sewage system.
Grease traps work by separating the oil, fat and grease from the water, this ensures that no build up of grease and fat clogs your drains or the public sewage system. The grease is automatically separated in the grease pit, you will need to regularly empty the grease from the removable collection basket.
