The Mach MS9103BT Break Tank Pass Through Dishwasher (commonly referred to as a hood dishwasher with break tank) is a high-power machine designed for compliance in high-risk areas such as care homes, nurseries and hospitals.
The MS9103BT utilises 3 Phase power and a high-capacity 11.5Kw boiler with independent 3Kw tank heating to deliver excellent washing over a 1.5 or 3 minuite wash cycles. This makes it the perfect choice for catering businesses where demand peaks rapidly or is high throughout the day.
Featuring a WRAS Approved 'Type A' Break Tank Air Gap as standard, the MS9103BT protects the mains water supply by ensuring that there is no chance of dirty water backfilling in the event of an issue. This is a regulatory requirement for all catering businesses classified as high risk, such as nurseries, care homes and hospitals.
Mach Pass through Dishwashers are manufactured entirely from stainless steel, including stainless steel hood, boiler, filters, handles, hinges, threads, wash arms, plugs and jets. This design helps to prevent the most common breakdowns and ensure a durable machine that is well suited to long-term commercial use. A promise of quality that is backed by a 3-year commercial warranty.
The high-power boiler is double skinned and insulated to ensure energy efficiency and a double-skinned structure adds insulation and reduces noise output. Rounded tank corners help to reduce debris and grease build up in the wash tank an makes cleaning easier. Where maintenance is required, all components are front facing so they can be accessed from the removable service panel.
Operation is completely automated with incorporated detergent and rinse aid pumps as standard. A micro-switch stops the machine automatically when the hood is opened or closed. Operators can select between two wash cycles, depending on soiling and load.
Highly configurable, the Mach MS9103BT Pass Through Dishwasher can be installed in-line or at 90 degrees to tabling. The machine comes without any shelving or tabling as standard. Various tabling and shelving options are sold separately and can be added to extend pre-wash or drying spaces.

Two 500x500mm dishwasher baskets and 1 cutlery insert is included as standard. A free chemical pack is available with every Mach Pass Through Dishwasher. Optional water softener should be installed in hard water areas and is a requirement of the warranty.

All Mach Pass Through Dishwashers are supplied with a ¾” BSP inlet hose and standard waste hose for easy installation. - Delivery is free on all orders over £50 (Inc. VAT)
- For orders below £50, we offer two standard delivery charges, including next-day delivery from £6.49 (ex vat) and an economy small parcel 48-hour service from £3.79 (ex vat).
