IMC WasteStation Waste Management Station
Dewaterer and Macerator
The IMC Waste Station is a food waste macerator and dewatering unit capable of processing up to 700kg of food waste per hour. Food waste can be extremely costly to dispose of for many catering establishments where 40% of total catering waste can be food waste. Food waste however comprises of up to 80% liquid allowing the IMC waste management station to reduce the volume of food waste by up to 80% and mass down by 60% substantially reducing the cost of waste disposal.
WasteStation grinds the food waste into fine particles, these particles feed directly into the built-in dewatering system. Through centrifugal action, the WasteStation forces out the excess liquid from the macerated waste. This “grey water” is fed directly to drain, the resulting solid fraction of the food waste is collected in small, easily managed, lidded bins, ready for onward processing.

- Delivery is free on all orders over £50 (Inc. VAT)
- Orders below £50 are subject to a delivery charge. Where available, you can choose the service at checkout, including 48-72hr small parcels (under 3kg) from £3.99 and next-day from £6.49 ex VAT
- Items fulfilled from our UK distribution centre are mostly dispatched the same day, if ordered before 2PM. Some items can take longer (such as those sent directly from the manufacturer) so we recommend reviewing the lead time badge on each product page.
- We may consolidate small items together into a single package. This might mean that item(s) you order may be held until your entire order is ready.

- We ship heavy catering equipment and large appliances using pallets. As standard, pallet deliveries are to the door only & do not include unpack & position.
