The Asber GT510 High Power Break Tank Commercial Dishwasher comes with a WRAS Approved ‘Type A’ Break Tank Air Gap. This system ensures there is no chance of dirty water back-filling into the mains supply. A legal requirement for all commercial dishwashers installed in high risk areas such as care homes, nurseries, hospitals and schools. In addition thermo-stop technology guarantees wash and rinse temperatures achieve hygienic sanitation.

The Asber GT510 series commercial dishwasher has been designed to suit the requirements of busy catering establishments and restaurants whom require near continuous washing. Featuring a 7-litre rinse boiler heated by a powerful 5.6kw element and a 25 litre wash tank heated by a 2.0Kw element, the GT510 provides class-leading heat up and recovery times. A high capacity 0.65Kw wash pump also easily removes grease and grime from crockery and plates.

Asber Grand Tech commercial dishwashers feature a full digital control panel with wash tank and boiler temperature display and 3 selectable wash programmes: either short 90 second cycle, standard 2 minutes or an extended 180 second cycle for heavily soiled plates. In addition, the GT510 features a soft-start function that protects fragile plates and crockery from breakage.

As standard the GT510 commercial dishwasher includes rinse, detergent and drain pumps, all of which is automatically controlled through the intuitive digital interface. Inside the tank, rounded corners, recessed door hinge, welded tray runners and removable filters and wash arms make cleaning and basic maintenance tasks simple. All major components are accessible from a removable front-panel for easy servicing.

Multivoltage Power means the machine can suit all power requirements. We will configure your machine with either a 1 phase 30 Amp or 3 phase power connection depending on your selection. The machine can also easily be converted on site through the jumper connection system on site.

Two 500x500mm commercial dishwasher baskets and 1 cutlery insert is included as standard alongside all waste and water hoses for UK installation. A free chemical pack is available with every Asber Grand Commercial Dishwasher. An optional water softener should be installed in hard water areas to prevent lime scale build up that could be harmful to wash results and machine longevity. This machine includes a WRAS approved 'Type A' air gap break tank as standard for health and safety compliance in high risk areas.
